Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! the onsen was fantastic, especially the outdoor one. the room was clean and spacious and had a warm and cozy atmosphere. the location was great, near museums and outlets. the food was delicious, especially the breakfast with a full course Japanese meal. the staff was friendly and provided great service.
The bus can get really crowded and uncomfortable during peak hours, so plan accordingly. the futon was a bit too thin for our liking, but it was still a unique and comfortable sleeping experience.

The food was tasty and unique, with some dishes we had never tried before. The private hot spring in the room was a great luxury after a long day of exploring. The location was near some key tourist attractions, making it easy to get to.
The room was quite small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around. The amenities provided were basic and not luxurious at all.
